TERMS and CONDITIONS

Period

The period of Membership for Friends of St Patrick will be 1 year from January 1st of the year, 
Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. may refuse any application for Membership without giving reasons.

Benefits

Membership of Friends of St Patrick entitles you to certain benefits, privileges or offers.
Currently these benefits include:

• A Personalised 2009 Membership Card which has your details and member number
• A St Patrick’s Day commemorative scarf embossed with the Sydney St Patrick’s Day logo
• Friend's of St Patrick Members have access to a quick serve lane at the bar throughout the day and one free pint or drink on the day
• You will receive our electronic newsletter with what is happening throughout the year and in the lead up to the big day
• 10% discount from Dive Centre Bondi. This discount is available on Learn to Dive courses, guided dives, equipment rental and equipment purchases
• 10% discount to members of Friends of St Patrick for online shoppers with Taste Ireland
• A 50% discount on two tickets for all St Patrick’s Day Fund Raising Events held at the Gaelic Theatre
• The Irish Echo as part of their support to the Friends of St Patrick is offering $20 off all yearly subscriptions up until the 17th of March

Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. may alter the benefits, privileges or offers associated with Membership at any time without prior notice to you.

Use of member information

Information provided by Members to Friends of St Patrick will be only used in accordance with Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. Privacy Policy

Transferability

Your Membership may not be transferred to any other person. You may change your information on an existing membership account only to update your membership account.

Termination

You may terminate your Membership by sending a written notice or an email to Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. Termination of your Membership only becomes effective upon actual receipt by Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. of your notification of termination.

Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. may terminate your Membership at any time without notice for any reason including, without limitation, that you have not complied with the terms and conditions of Membership or use of the membership program. Upon termination by Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc., your Membership will terminated immediately.

Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. may at any time without prior notice suspend or terminate the Friends of St Patrick Membership program, in which case all memberships will be suspended or terminated as the case may be.

Changes to membership terms and conditions

Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. may alter the terms and conditions of Membership at any time without prior notice. Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc will attempt to notify Members of any variations but is not liable to do so.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all representations, conditions and warranties are excluded. Liability of Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc. for a breach of a warranty or condition implied by law or otherwise into this Membership Agreement which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying or paying the costs of supplying the goods or services again or repairing or paying the cost of repairing the goods, at Sydney St Patrick’s Day Org Inc’s option.
